Diverse Supplier Registration

Diverse suppliers can register via our Diverse Supplier Database. The Commodity Managers (buyers) in SMS will then reference these profiles for consideration when there is a need for new suppliers and as product and service needs arise.

It is the supplier’s responsibility to keep all contact and certification information up to date in the database. You will create a Username and Password and be able to log in to your profile as needed to make the necessary updates.

All profiles will be kept in the database for 12 months. After one year, profiles will be purged on a monthly basis with the exception of current supplier profiles and profiles that have been updated within the past 12 months.

Who should register?

Diverse suppliers in the areas of Legal, Marketing, and Construction and Maintenance are a priority for 2008 and should register.  Other Diverse Suppliers are welcome to register. However, at this time, we are not forecasting any additions to the vendor base in any other areas for 2008.

Opportunities are based on demand. We evaluate each request independently and will contact you when potential opportunities arise.
