Can you report a claim online?

Some claims are complex and cannot be submitted online. If your claim involves any of the following, please call our toll-free Claims Report Number at
1-800-421-3535:

• Claims involving injury
• Auto fire
• Your residence is not livable
• Claims on business policies
• Identity theft claims
• Claims involving two vehicles owned by the same policyholder
• Claims involving the policyholder's vehicle and property owned by the same policyholder
• Florida policyholders should report claims by calling 1-800-282-1446 anytime
